Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to your information when you use the Master Na Chas website.

Who is responsible
The service responsible for this website is publicly identified as Master Na Chas. Privacy questions can be sent to david@balian.cy. No public business address is listed.
The enquiry form
The form asks for your name, phone number and a description of the job. When you submit it, the website emails those details to the service's designated inbox so we can respond to your enquiry.
The website does not save the enquiry in a database. Cloudflare processes the form submission and email delivery, and the delivered message is kept in the recipient mailbox. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore a page.
Calls and WhatsApp
You can call or message us on +357 95 999898. Information you provide through WhatsApp is handled through that service under its own privacy terms.
Browser storage, media and analytics
We save your cookie choice in local storage for 180 days. A separate session-storage entry briefly remembers the section you chose when moving between pages. See the cookie policy for the names and lifetimes of these entries.
Project photos, videos and website fonts are served from this site. Videos do not use embedded YouTube or other third-party players.
Google Analytics is enabled by default and measures visits, pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, scrolling, outbound-link activity, successful enquiry submissions, and clicks on phone and WhatsApp links. Advertising storage stays disabled, and the enquiry form fields are not sent to Analytics. You can turn analytics off through Cookie settings in the footer.
Server information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Loading a page or submitting the form sends technical request information, such as your IP address and the requested page, to Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare's standard account settings and do not add long-term application logging. Cloudflare's applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required, apply.
How long information is kept
The website does not store form submissions in a database or create a separate customer or job database. Enquiry emails remain in the designated recipient mailbox only as long as reasonably needed to respond, arrange and complete the requested work, meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute, after which they should be deleted. The browser-storage periods are listed in the cookie policy.
Your choices and rights
You can review cookie settings in the footer or clear this site’s storage through your browser. Depending on the processing involved, data-protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You can contact us at david@balian.cy. You can also complain to a data-protection authority, including the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this page
This notice will be updated if the way enquiries are delivered or the site's hosting or tracking tools change. New purposes for optional tracking require a new choice; acknowledging the current notice does not authorise future tracking.
