About the website

Master Na Chas describes handyman work available across Limassol. Jobs farther away can be discussed individually. You can contact us on +357 95 999898 or at david@balian.cy. No public business address is listed.

Enquiries and quotes

The service pages show examples of work. Whether a particular job can be accepted depends on its details. The work, materials, price and visit time need to be discussed and agreed directly.

The website does not take bookings or payments. Its form emails the details you submit to us. An enquiry does not reserve a visit or create a service agreement; every job is confirmed directly.

Information you provide

Describe the job and location accurately. Only share photos or other information that you have permission to share, and avoid including unrelated personal information.

Photos and videos

The work examples show individual jobs. Materials, fittings and conditions may differ for your job. They are examples to help explain the work, not instructions for carrying out repairs yourself.

Using the site

Please do not use the website to send spam, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information that is not public. Contact the owner before reusing the site’s photos, videos or other content beyond uses allowed by law.
